I orginially started this as a place for recipes and speciality food reviews. but, learned there is more to it. still recipes and reviews. but, more on finding items and reactions. i'm a diabetic who happens to have many food allergies (milk and eggs being the big ones). also, a mom to a child with a milk allergy. oh fun. enjoy.

Soy whip cream
Expense! But, tastes exactly the same as the regular dairy type. The people in my house loved it and they can have milk.
