I orginially started this as a place for recipes and speciality food reviews. but, learned there is more to it. still recipes and reviews. but, more on finding items and reactions. i'm a diabetic who happens to have many food allergies (milk and eggs being the big ones). also, a mom to a child with a milk allergy. oh fun. enjoy.

I have grown a weird hatred for chain restaurants. I can't be alone on this. We started awhile back where we find a different mom and pop place every week. Got some catching up on here.
